The Vittoria Coffee College was established in Sydney 1995 amid growing demand from the industry to provide a true resource dedicated to teaching the fine "art and science" of coffee making in Australia.
Many of the industry's 'best' chefs and hosts have all taken time to update their skills in coffee understanding at the Coffee College - many in fact returning with their staff to ensure their customers enjoy the great Vittoria Coffee experience, everytime a coffee is served.

Clelia Winton - second generation family member - plays a major role as manager of the Coffee college.

"Vittoria Coffee College is not only a training facility for our trade clients but also provides coffee information at a professional level to many food and wine writers, restaurateurs, chefs and industry leaders.

At the college our participants can experience a "cupping", a process used by professional roasters to distinguish the brew's unique characteristics, its acidity, body and blend.
