Vittoria Coffee is supporting a charity event in conjunction with several of Sydney’s best-known chefs to help raise much needed funds for the victims of the recent Victorian Bushfires
“Sunday Dinner” is being held at Guillaume at Bennelong on March 8th, 2009 and tickets are $500 per person. The evening begins at 6.30pm and will include dishes prepared by Robert Marchetti (Icebergs Dining Room and Bar), Mark Best (Marque), Peter Gilmore (Quay), Matt Moran (Aria) and of course, Guillaume Brahimi. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Salvation Army’s Victorian Bushfire Relief Appeal. Vittoria Coffee has also donated pallets of coffee together with Santa Vittoria Mineral Water to the ‘Victorian Relief Foodbank Warehouse’ for distribution amongst affected communities.
