The eye – catching designs are only limited by the dexterity and artistry of the barista. The visual appeal of the design should act as the draw card to the perfect espresso beverage that awaits within the cup.
Café Art requires a complex set of skills in coffee making, milk pouring, use of chocolates and design to create the different patterns. The key is to start with simple designs like hearts, rosetta’s and ferns and develop your own designs through experience.
Café Art is a more recent evolution in countries such as Australia where the majority of coffee beverages consumed are milk based coffees which heavily rely on the skills of the barista.
