At Vittoria, we have been training baristas in the art of espresso since 1958. We have a fully dedicated Coffee College in Sydney committed to teaching the fine art and science of espresso making to all our customers.
Our Coffee College courses provide comprehensive hands-on training in roasting, cupping and the art of espresso making.
We are also the only Australian coffee company with a training facility that is recognised as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) allowing for the attainment of a certificate of competency at the conclusion of some courses available.
The Vittoria Coffee College full time training academy was established in 1996 amid growing demand from the industry to provide a true resource dedicated to the industry. As market leader Vittoria felt it was necessary to bring to the industry's attention the quality issues that affect the perfect espresso.
Uniquely, coffee is delivered to cafes not as a finished product, and much is dependent on the skills and training of the barista.
As you learn when you visit the Vittoria Coffee College many of the industry’s ‘Best’ chefs and baristas have all taken the time to update their skills in coffee understanding—many in fact returning with staff to ensure their customer all enjoy the great Vittoria Coffee experience, every time a coffee is served.
