Les Awarded the “Confrerie des Sacres de la Champagne”

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth lobby was the scene of Atout France’s sparking Champagne cocktail soirée for the launch of Champagne Drinking Stars.

Les Schirato, CEO of Vittoria Coffee,  is pictured performing the sabrage of a magnum of Piper Heidsieck champagne.

Also as an Ambassador of St Tropez, Les, beyond his Italian roots, is adding a string to his French bow, becoming an Ambassador for Champagne.

Earlier this year, Les was also awarded the Knight in the National Order of the Merite by the Ambassador of France.
