Three hats denote a perfect score, and are reserved for those establishments that deliver the consummate restaurant experience. CEO Les Schirato presented the Cuisine Restaurant of the Year along with Cuisine Magazine Editor Kelli Brett to Pacifica and the Vittoria Coffee Chef of the Year accolade to Ed Verner of Pasture, the chef known for pushing boundaries and using the very best of local produce.

"We are so honoured to be part of the constant evolution of the New Zealand food scene, having been in business here for over 20 years" said Vittoria Food and Beverage CEO, Les Schirato. Vittoria is also honoured to partner with culinary legends Ben Bayly (The Grove, Baduzzi), Michael Meredith (of Merediths), renowned restauranteur Michael Dearth (Baduzzi, The Grounds), Sid Sahrawat (Sidart, Cassia) and  Phil Clark (Phil's Kitchen). As some of the country's most discerning chefs, they demand products of exceptional provenance, which is reflected in their choice to serve Vittoria coffee.
