Training Support

At Vittoria we have been training baristas in the art and science of espresso coffee since 1958.

Today we have two dedicated coffee training facilities where the experts train the professionals, as well as a team of qualified trainers who perform on site training programs to fit in with your schedule.

Our coffee college is registered as a recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that allows for the attainment of a certificate 4 in coffee competency, something our competitors are unable to match.

All of our courses are designed with our customers in mind and the subjects taught varies to suit your level of expertise and to develop it further.

Vittoria Coffee College offers a wide range of non-accredited pure coffee training courses, exclusively to our Vittoria Coffee key account customers, ranging from our installation training to our most advanced Silver training courses.

The Vittoria Coffee College achieved national accreditation as a Registered Training Organisation in 2008, and now facilitates the SITHFAB012A Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee course from the Nationally Recognized (SIT07) Tourism, Hospitality and Events Training Package.
