- A well balanced cup, with tasting notes characteristic of a truly organic product.
- Earthy grassy acidity, and chocolate like sweetness. It’s a clean, medium bodied cup with a slightly fruity aftertaste as an espresso.
- With milk, the fruitiness is subdued and it tends to finish with a sweet, nutty aftertaste.
