This coffee is from Tore Badiya in Ethiopia’s Abaya region and is grown along the Melkaliti river between 1,800m and 2,100m above sea level.
Notes of jasmine, blackberry, and mandarin come to life in this medium to light roast.
This balanced cup is complimented with a syrupy body and delicate acidity.
Ethiopia Kochere is best brewed as a filter or pour over to highlight the complex flavours and aromas of the region.
