      I mill Vittoria Organic coffee beans in my Thermomix, 200 g for 30 seconds on speed 10

      I heat my water to 85 degrees and drip filter.

      Very nice.

      Our Favorite coffee

      The Vittoria organic beans have the most beautiful aroma and taste- we drink long blacks and the crema is superb!

      Vittoria organic beans plunge

      I’ve been using Vittoria’s organic beans for several years. I use a coarse grind for use in a French press. The beans give a full flavoured brew without the bitterness of some brands. I reconfirmed this following recent price rises… trying several other brands that were disappointing. I’ve opted to take up the subscription model to keep costs down.
