A veteran of Papua New Guinea’s coffee industry, Anis Kay began his journey working in coffee in the mid 1980’s. In the early 2000’s, Anis set up his own farm in the mountainous Jiwaka region - a high-altitude area with rich volcanic soil. Most of Anis’s coffee is grown under shade, which allows for slow ripening and maturation and results in a deeply flavourful coffee. Methodical and consistent in his approach, we’re excited to bring this high-grade origin to you.
This light to medium roast delivers fruity notes of mandarin, which are balanced with a silky chocolate finish.
