How to Enter: |
To enter the Promotion, the Entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: 1. purchase any two (2) qualifying Vittoria Coffee beverages (Participating Products) in one (1) transaction at a Participating Venue during the Promotional Period, and retain an original receipt as proof of purchase (the Qualifying Transaction); and 2. scan the QR code displayed on the point-of-sale or giveaway posters at a Participating Venue, then complete and submit the online entry form including first name, last name, email address, postcode of residence, telephone number (optional), the Participating Venue, the date of purchase, and an uploaded image or PDF of the original receipt evidencing the Qualifying Transaction. The receipt must clearly identify the Participating Venue, the Participating Products purchased, the transaction total, and that the Qualifying Transaction was made during the Promotional Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid. |

Participating Products: |
Any Vittoria Coffee beverage of the following types: Espresso, Ristretto, Long Black, Macchiato, Piccolo, Flat White, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Iced Latte, Iced Coffee, Iced Mocha, Cold Brew and Affogato. |

The following participating food and beverage venues at Thredbo, NSW (the Participating Venues): • Friday Flat Bar & Bistro • Merritts Mountain House • Cascades Restaurant • The Bakery in the Village Square • Bull Wheel Café |

Entries Permitted: |
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: 1. only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Transaction; and 2. each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with the How to Enter requirements. Entrants may submit multiple entries provided each entry uses a separate, valid Qualifying Transaction receipt.

Prize Description: |
Each Prize is one (1) pair of Vittoria Ski Goggles, with a recommended retail value of AUD $80.00 (incl. GST).
The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Each Prize will be delivered to the Winner's nominated Australian postal address within one (1) month of the draw 9 November 2026. Postage and delivery within Australia are covered by the Promoter. |

Draw Details: |
The Prize draw will take place at Vittoria Food & Beverage, 118 Wetherill Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 11:00am AEDT and 9 October 2026. All Prizes will be drawn via computer generated random draw. |

Winner Notification: |
The winners (the Winners) will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw and the Winners’ surname, first initial, and postcode will be published on vittoriacoffee.com/pages/thredbo-evt-giveaway. Winners must respond and provide a nominated Australian postal address for delivery of the Prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of notification. |

Unclaimed Prizes: |
If a Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Prize will be deemed unclaimed and a redraw will take place for any unclaimed Prize(s) will take place on 2 November 2026, at the same time and place as the original draw and subject to the same conditions as the original draw. |
General Terms and Conditions
1. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (including the Schedule). Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. Valid and eligible entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period.
3. This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the Winners.
4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, EVT, the Participating Venues and any agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means a parent, sibling, child or spouse.
5. No entry fee is charged to enter the Promotion.
6. Prior to the draw, all entries are verified for duplicate receipts using AI image scanning and perceptual hashing. Incomplete, indecipherable, duplicate or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
7. Each Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. Any entry made on behalf of another person, or by a third party, will be invalid.
8. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each Winner. If a Winner chooses not to take their Prize, cannot be contacted, or does not claim their Prize within the time specified, they forfeit the Prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute it. A redraw will be held to award any unclaimed Prize(s).
9. The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no cash alternative will be offered, unless otherwise specified.
10. If a Prize (or any element of a Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners are not entitled to any additional compensation where a Prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
11. The value of the Prize is accurate at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or manipulates the entry process, submits fraudulent receipts, provides false information, conspires to gain an unfair advantage, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion and the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to unforeseen circumstances, computer virus, communications network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable New South Wales law, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries.
14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control;
(d) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or
(e) participation in or use of the Prize.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
16. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion, including to verify entries, conduct the draw, notify Winners and deliver Prizes. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter may disclose PI to third parties, including its agents, contractors and service providers (including its entry-form provider, Typeform), and to Australian regulatory authorities where required. The Promoter will use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.vittoriafandb.com/privacy-policy.
17. The entry form for this Promotion is hosted by Typeform, which stores and processes data on servers located outside Australia. By entering this competition and by submitting details in accordance with the entry mechanic you agree to the Typeform Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
18. Personal information collected for the Promotion will be retained for three (3) months following the close of the Promotion and then deleted, except where an entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications.
19. Entrants consent to the Promoter publishing each Winner's surname, first initial and postcode of residence for the purpose of announcing the results of the Promotion.
20. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
