Vittoria BIANCO Special Bar Coffee is specially designed for bars, restaurants and cafes, using delicate,

premium quality coffee beans.

We source the best coffee beans from all over the world and blend them together to provide you with a range of the highest quality coffee blends available. Every Vittoria Coffee blend has a specific roast profile to match the moisture level of the beans to ensure we deliver the highest quality coffee. Once roasted, our beans are packed in special bags featuring a one-way aroma valve to maintain the freshness of the beans.

To deliver optimum taste, ensure your machine delivers the proper extraction time for an espresso of between 25 to 30 seconds.
