News: Behind The Scenes
At Fashion Week, coffee is the new black.
The occasion marks the debut of our Fashion Series takeaway cups, a collaboration with leading designers who share original artwork from their collections. For the 2017 edition, Vittoria joined forces with six labels - MacGraw, We Are Kindred, Manning Cartell, PE Nation, Nicholas and Aje. Each designer created two vibrant designs to make a total of 12 different cups. The Fashion Series cups will be available at our domestic and international cafe and restaurant partners in late May.
Our bespoke marble espresso bar was located in a prime position in the main hub. A light installation adorned one wall, and served as the ideal Instagram backdrop. The overall design was a pale pink theme, contrasted with black and metallic gold lines, which continued on the floor. Guests enjoyed their coffee at brass bar tables as they waited for the next show, and were surrounded by the sweet fragrances of the floral arrangements. Vittoria coffee carts were also positioned at three other locations throughout the event space, as well as serving the front row at the We Are Kindred and MacGraw fashion shows. This year’s fashionable ambassadors included Nadia Fairfax, Kate Waterhouse and Lindy Klim. Among the other bold-face names who enjoyed Vittoria coffee were mega-models Sarah Ellen, Steph Claire Smith and Montana Cox; style bloggers Helen Chik and Nadia Bartel; and social media super stars Cartia Mallan and Mimi Elashiry. P.E. Nation designer Pip Edwards even took a spin behind the Faema E71 coffee machine.
If you couldn't make it to Fashion Week, you can still share in the action by enjoying a Vittoria Coffee in our takeaway cups.
