We use Swiss Water processed decaffeinated beans. A completely natural method, where only water is used to “wash” the caffeine from the beans, unlike some other methods, which use a chemical solvent to remove the caffeine.

Decaffeinated coffee is quite thick bodied , with a prominent, winey, fruity note which is balanced with hint of smokey and blackcurrant in the aftertaste. Suitable for all brewing methods.
