I recently took out a subscription with Vittoria coffee. I was having trouble working out how to do the initial order so I contacted Vittoria. The girl walked me through the site until I had found the correct area and I was right after that. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was struggling and would likely not have found what I wanted however with a few minutes help I am now a regular customer. The other thing was the customer service officer spoke clearly and I could understand her. This id not about where people are born it is about their ability to communicate in the spoken language in this country. If companies do not train their staff properly and d not have help lines they loose business. In most cases companies have competitors but few act like they do. However in this case the five gold stars is very appropriate.
