    Torn Bags

    I have now had 3 bags that are open on the sides or bottom of the bag, making it unusable.

    It is very disappointing.

    The bags itself are harder to open than normal.

    Product complaint

    I had an unexpected experience this morning when just as I was preparing my morning coffee. The filter bag was torn, and the coffee was all over the place. See the attached photos showing batch numbers etc. please replace the box of 20 coffee bags? I don’t know how many of the bags are similarly damaged. You can have the box returned if you send me reply paid parcel Australia Post authorisation.

    My New Favourite.

    These Coffee Bags have become my new favourite.

    I love the stronger flavour.

    ….. not so nice is some of the bags are split when opened

    and are unusable.

    Very poor quality bag

    Not happy. Had to throw out about half the bags due to they come apart and you have a cup full of coffee grounds. This is the 2nd box this has happened to. I bought 5 boxes as I live out of town and only shop monthly. If this happens in the other 3 I won't be buying any more. Very disappointed. For the price we pay we deserve better.

    Thrown half a box away

    I bought a box of these from Woolies a week ago and have had to throw most of the bags away. The bags are not sealed properly so unusable, unless you like a cup of coffee grinds. The foil packets are extremely hard to open as well causing some of the bags to rip. I thought it was just me initially, however as I get further into the box, I’m realising that’s not the case. I buy these regularly so I know this isn’t the quality I have come to expect… however it has put me off buying them again. I’m not on a huge income and these are a bit of a luxury I budget for in my shopping each week. I also live out of town and shop online… so the option of returning them for a refund would cost me a one hour return drive so not worth the fuel.
