Vittoria Coffee Barista Smackdown Adelaide
On the 13th of July 2023, we hosted our Barista Smackdown in Adelaide at the "Jackson Square" in Hindmarsh. Thirty-two of Adelaide's most skilled baristas participated, showcasing their latte art prowess for a chance to claim a share of the $5,000 prize pool.
The competition unfolded through four intense head-to-head knockout rounds, with judging duties entrusted to Simon Creswick (General Manager Food Service), Paul Vannetiello (Branch Manager SA/NT), and Malissa Fedele (Top 6 Masterchef Contestant 2023).
A huge congratulations to top 3: Rohit Pun secured first place, taking home $3,000; Bryan Astley claimed second place, receiving $1,500; and PhuQuan took home third place, with a prize of $500.
