    Tasting Notes

    • A well balanced cup, with tasting notes characteristic of a truly organic product.
    • Earthy grassy acidity, and chocolate like sweetness.
    • It’s a clean, medium bodied cup with a slightly fruity aftertaste as an espresso. With milk, the fruitiness is subdued and it tends to finish with a sweet, nutty aftertaste.

      I mill Vittoria Organic coffee beans in my Thermomix, 200 g for 30 seconds on speed 10

      I heat my water to 85 degrees and drip filter.

      Very nice.

      Organic Special Bar Coffee Beans

      can you please share the grind settings for Breville Barista Express machine. it has been frustrating as the machine would always under extract and has low pressure when using this beans. I have contacted Breville and they have suggested to use other beans. Can you please provide the proper grind settings for this type of beans.
