DESCRIZIONE DELLA MISCELA

Alejo Castro è un produttore di quinta generazione la cui famiglia coltiva caffè speciali in Costa Rica da oltre 200 anni. Le sue tre piantagioni includono Hacienda Colima, Volcan Azul e Hacienda La Union, tutte situate nella Valle Ovest di Coata Rica. Il caffè viene coltivato in terreni fertili prodotti dai vulcani Barva e Poás, tra i 1.400 e i 1.700 metri slm. Tostato a un profilo medio, offre un armonioso equilibrio tra dolce e aspro, completato da un sottile sentore di note floreali.

    Australian grown coffee beans

    Very pleased to be able to buy Australian coffee beans roasted and sold by Vittorio.

    I have enjoyed the beans very much good flavour and well rounded profile. great to see these beans available commercially

    Yes, we tried these coffee beans.

    We found the flavour to be average and on the bland side.

    The other problem was there was no indication it was organic.

    We also found it to be too pricey considering it is grown in Australia.

    Sorry won't purchase it again.
