      I mill Vittoria Organic coffee beans in my Thermomix, 200 g for 30 seconds on speed 10

      I heat my water to 85 degrees and drip filter.

      Very nice.

      Best organic coffee beans on the market. Full bodied , rich flavour and definitely smooth. Wouldn’t buy any other brand of beans for my machine.
