• They are a multi-site operator with a site in Winston Hills and Wollongong.
• After 7 years of operation, in 2021, the Winston Hills location underwent a large renovation.
• Post refurbishment, El’s Café’s coffee volume has increased by 20%.

The new brand identity and logo for the Winston Hills store was developed by an external creative agency employed by Els. In addition to the below, the customer invested in a wall mural for the outside seating area.

Over the last 7 years we developed a tremendously beneficial partnership with Vittoria coffee in which their dedication, service, and consistent quality has far exceeded our expectations. Since partnering with Vittoria in 2014 we were able to open a second venue in Wollongong in 2016, as well undergo a complete refurbishment and expansion of our Winston Hills location 2021.
For both of these projects, we were grateful for the opportunity to leverage the Vittoria marketing team to help create a unique brand identity and carefully considered marketing design.
Whilst initially we partnered with Vittoria based on their competitive prices, as well as the consistently positive feedback from our customers, it was not long before we realised the incredible value this partnership would bring.
